Use this flow when a new user needs to register, verify access, and complete the initial setup before entering the main application dashboard.
From the public landing experience or login screen, select the registration action that leads to the account creation form inside the app.
Complete the required registration fields using accurate identity details and a password that meets the current platform security rules.
After submitting the form, open the verification email sent by the platform and confirm the account through the provided verification action or link.
Once verification is complete, continue to the profile or onboarding area and fill in any required organization, role, or account preference details.
After setup is finished, sign in if needed and continue to the main dashboard or home workspace where application tools and account features become available.
Use this guide when a user wants to permanently remove their account and no longer retain access to the application.
Start by signing in with the account you intend to remove so the platform can verify identity and account ownership.
Open the user menu, profile panel, or settings area, then look for the account management page where personal account controls are grouped.
Within settings, go to the section that contains high-impact account actions such as credential updates, security options, or deletion controls.
Select the delete or deactivate action and review the confirmation messaging presented by the application before continuing.
Complete the final confirmation step, which may include re-entering your password, approving a modal prompt, or acknowledging the irreversible outcome.
Important
Account deletion should be treated as permanent. Once confirmed, user access, associated profile data, and application content tied to that account may no longer be recoverable except where retention is required by policy or law.
